Blair received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with minors in Chinese and French in May 2002.  While on campus, she was a Croft Scholar and member of the McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. She completed her Juris Doctorate in May 2006 from the University of Mississippi School of Law and is a licensed attorney.  Her study abroad experience includes a study tour in 1999 of Western Europe and a short-term study program in Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong in 2000.  Also during her undergraduate career, she studied abroad in Beijing, China, for a semester at Beijing Foreign Studies University, focusing on Chinese language, history, and culture.  She studied at Cambridge University, Downing College, England during law school.
