Registration for all off-campus locations will be conducted on the dates indicated in the Academic Calendar. Early registration for classes is encouraged. The University reserves the right to limit enrollment, to cancel any class, to reschedule or postpone any class, or to limit registration by degree level. Registration is complete when a student is fully admitted to the university and fee payment is made. Please keep your receipt for fee payment or taxes.

Students electing to drop and/or add classes, after having been officially enrolled, must come in and complete a DROP-ADD FORM indicating the change to be made. Deadline dates for withdrawls are listed in the Academic Calendar.
Refunds are computed based on the time of the official notification of withdrawl on the following schedule. A full refund will be granted if the class is cancelled.

Textbooks can be pre-ordered at The UM-Tupelo main office in the weeks before the start of a new semester. Please stop by the office to obtain a book order form. Books that are pre-ordered will be available for pick-up at UM-Tupelo during the first week of classes.
Room assignments will be posted in the Advanced Education Center - Tupelo office prior to the first class meeting.
UM - Tupelo students may apply for an email account through The University of Mississippi - Advanced Education Center office. Students should provide a photo identification card with their social security number to the UM-Advanced Education Center office. Teresa Vails, Distance Learning Technician, will submit your request to The University of Mississippi Office of Information Technology. Accounts should be created within three work days.
The University of Mississippi transcript request forms are available online. Processing of these requests is handled by The University of Mississippi Registrar's office in Oxford.
The faculty/course evaluation system, as conducted on the Oxford Campus, occurs at the Advanced Education Center - Tupelo Campus during Fall and Spring semesters.
Vending machines are located on the 3rd floor. Students must consume food and beverages prior to returning to classrooms. No food or beverages are allowed in classrooms. Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
Safe, convenient, and ample parking is available at the Advanced Education Center. Parking spaces are marked reserved for faculty and for persons with disabilities. Any non-reserved parking spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. Campus police staff are provided by Itawamba Community College.
In the event that an instructor must cancel class, the UM - Advanced Education Center office will contact students as early as possible by phone.
Closings of the Advanced Education Center due to weather conditions will be announced by local radio/television stations and on this website. The University of Mississippi - Advanced Education Center's closing dates correspond to the closing dates of Itawamba Community College.
