Second Summer 2026

A Summer College Program

Explore Culture, Memory, and Meaning

The Summer Humanities Institute invites rising juniors and seniors to dive into the theme of cultural memory—examining how societies choose what to remember and how stories shape our understanding of the past. Through hands-on research, creative projects, and mentorship from faculty, students will bring their ideas to life in formats like podcasts, documentaries, screenplays, or papers. Enriching excursions, guest speakers, and social events round out this immersive experience in the humanities and social sciences.
