The University of Mississippi offers a variety of programs to enhance high school students' academic experiences. Some programs have competitive admissions, such as ARISE, Lott Leadership Summer Institutes, Summer Language Institutes, and Rebel Research Scholars. Tips for Educators
- Remind students of deadlines
- Write strong (specific!) recommendation letters
- Submit transcripts to the Office of Pre-College Programs (not to the University’s Admissions Office)

Requesting Transcripts
To request a transcript from the UM High School, students should complete the UMHS Transcript Request Form.
To request a transcript for college credit, students should follow the steps on the Registrar’s website.
Financial Aid
